About the Facility
Royal Pines is a 40-bed facility resting on 75 acres in the tranquil countryside of Hayden, Alabama. The quiet, secluded retreat provides a peaceful environment devoid of the distractions and influences of everyday life. This strategic location plays an integral role in helping clients focus on recovery and building a future story.
The site is home to counseling offices, classrooms and exterior seating areas that provide clients ample space to engage in the Active Recovery program while our Stewart Learning Center focuses on educational training and job readiness. The chapel is filled multiple times per week as it plays host to weekly Celebrate Recovery nights, program graduations and staff-led worship services.
When the program-specific emphasis is done for the day, clients have access to numerous activities that help improve physical conditioning and forge lasting friendships. Ping-pong, air hockey and the pool table are favorites in the indoor recreation room while basketball, softball, volleyball, horseshoes and the weight training area are highlights scattered around the exterior landscape.
Royal Pines is a part of the Jimmie Hale Mission and provides and immersive environment where men are equipped with the Godly tools and training they need to overcome substance abuse, restore hope and build a better tomorrow.
